I think they would look pretty decent, i have a 2000 turbo prelude but it is black, with jdm black housing lights i bought on ebay and they look very nice, especially if you buy xenon lights.

DEPO black housing on a blue Prelude?
Hey everyone. what do you think about a pair of JDM black housing headlights on an electron blue Prelude (2001)?
