Are chrome or black housing halo lights brighter?

I've had this question for awhile now. I want them the really white. Most people seem to like the black housing, but I think the chrome would be brighter.Are chrome or black housing halo lights brighter?
The color of the housing doesn't affect the brightness


of the light. It is the reflector, and they type of light


that give the brightness. If you mounted one aircraft


landing light in a white wall, and another in a black


wall, they would produce the same brilliance of light


when turned on. The light mounted in the black wall


would be more visible in daylight, but it would be
