Is it possible for the U.S to have a black president?turns the WHITE HOUSE into BLACK HOUSE?

I wish people would vote based simply on the way a candidate thinks, but unfortunately that doesn't happen. I would vote for someone based on what they have done in the past and what I think they can do for the future; regardless of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation. But most people don't think like that. They are scared of things they think they don't understand. But what they don't understand, really, is that people are all the same under the skin color. It's not the color of a persons skin that makes them who they are, it's their actions.

I think it's possible, hopefully in the near future.

What do you mean, though, by making it a black house? Do you mean that the new president will bring his friends with him? Isn't that what they all do?Is it possible for the U.S to have a black president?turns the WHITE HOUSE into BLACK HOUSE?
It is possible, but we just haven't had a black president yet. I doubt we would turn the White House into the Black House. Is it possible for the U.S to have a black president?turns the WHITE HOUSE into BLACK HOUSE?
Of course the US can have a black president. I think the White House would stay white, though, just because black is a really strange color for a house. It's fine on a person, though.
If there hasn't even been a woman president in the US yet then I think that you would have to wait some time before there will be a black one.
it is possible....everyone once thought it was impossible us to have a female president and now there is a possibility of Hillary Clinton running in 2008.....The white house will stay white if this ever happens, honestly, have you ever heard of any rich and successful black people who didn't act white?
NO,NO, it's impossible to have a black president in the white house cuz these white guys won't n' 'll never allow it as they see that a curse on them. Most whites believe that God put the white man in charge to manage the affairs of the world n' see the blacks as inferiors, primitive n' less capable of ruling over a white human being.
That isn't a very intelligent thing to say. The house is still white no matter who is in it. Are you trying to cause trouble on yahoo answers today?
it's possible, but that won't ever happen.
PEOPLE ARE HUMAN BEINGS. THE PIGMENT OF SKIN TONE SHOULD NOT EVEN BE CONSIDERED. PEOPLE ARE NOT A COLOR.
i believe it is very possible for the United States to have a black president. Look how popular Colon Powel is. Condi Rice Is Brilliant. The time is coming.

optimistical1 What do you mean by ';acting white';? If it means what I think it does that is one racist statement in itself. The implication being that if a black person is educated, successful, and knows how to communicate effectively using proper grammer, he/she is ';acting like a white person'; is an insult to the black race. you might want to give that one a second thought.
It might help us...
LOL i love you guys' questions.. seriously :)

thats half the reason i come on here. :)
No. There wouldn't be enough educated and interested black voters to register. plan and simple.
