My anxiety is, if Obama wins, he'll paint the White House black and rename it Black House. Can he do that?

I've heard both Barack and Hillary in many of their speeches and debates and I tend to lean on Obama. But I've heard this joke or rumor that he'll repaint the official residence of the president black and rename it as Black House to make it more dramatic being the first black president of America. Under existing US laws and precedents, is this scenario possible?My anxiety is, if Obama wins, he'll paint the White House black and rename it Black House. Can he do that?
At first glance, it appears to be a crazy joke. But upon digesting and contemplating the information further, the possibility of the scenario is plausible due to the fact that there is no existing law or regulation, except of course tradition, barring Obama from doing it. So, therefore, it comes down to the character and personality of the man. Come to think of it, little is known of the man as a politician and as a senator. Your anxiety on the information is credible but likely not possible due to the fact that I haven't seen yet a single house in my entire life that's colored black. Color black is not only impractical ( science has proven that dark colors increase the temperature since it absorb more heat) but the symbolism of it is just mind boggling (black represents gloom and doom). We will therefore become the laughing stock of the international community if this happened.

This is because I don't know of any law that would prevent Obama from doing it except the tradition of calling and painting the official residence of the US president as White House.
