Are those very small, black house spiders dangerous?

I just tried to kill one with the old paper towel technique (smashing it with a paper towel) and it got away and I'm freaked out of going downstairs now because I hate spiders :(.Are those very small, black house spiders dangerous?
No. they are completely harmless, except for their messy webs.

you can get rid of them with a broom or a vacuum.

no reason in the world to freak over these spiders.

I just ignore them, and get rid of webs on cleaning day.Are those very small, black house spiders dangerous?
Spiders have a special learned instinct that compels them to return to a place where they were attacked, and track down the attacker. When they find them, they follow a fine string of silk back to their home, hatch their millions of eggs, and together the army of spiders will follow the silk back to where the attacker is sleeping. They will then proceed to attack and devour the attacker completely.

Hope this helps.
You don't say where you are so it could be any sort of spider. Just about any spider could give you a bite, however if you tried to kill it I would imagine it is trying very hard to get away from anywhere you will be. how small is very small ...if it is really small it might not have fangs big enough to bite you. If you squashed it at all it might die anyway from loss of body fluid. good luck and keep your perspective, I bet its more scared of you now than you are of it:)
yes, because when you are asleep his friends will come for you and take you to their queen. Then this queen of the very small, black house spiders is actually much bigger then all the other spiders and she will tickle you to death with her hairy eight legs...
Depend on your state as i live up by canada and we have ni poisonous ones here' but some are awfully large and scary looking.I love them though as they eat flies and pesty bugs.
