I'm a man of color so no I'm not trying to racist. Do you think the White House should be called the Black House?
No. The White House was called so because the color of the building is white; not because of the color of the president's skin!Do you think the White House should be called the Black House?
Did you really want an answer to that question or was it rhetorical? We don't even need to start that type of dialogue. As the previous responders have noted it has a meaning behin dwhy it is called the White House so no matter what historical or significant changes happen with who lives in it the name should remain what it what it originally was named.
so am i, i have to say, but i don't think it should be called the black house just because Obama lives there now for #1 reason..... it isn't named the white house cause all the presidents were white. it's named that because when they built it they made it out of a expensive stone that only came in white. it was an obvious name for the house but i see where your coming from.

No. The exterior color of the physical address determines its name, not the skin tone of the occupant(s).
