what exactly are you asking? both these on ebay appear the same to me?
if you are asking about the inner lens housing being in black versus silver, it won't have any impact on your visability. Both use clear covers and the bulb/reflector are not affected.
the dodge magnums came with both housings depending on the model and option package...some have black and others silver...it just depends on your preference.
this is not the same as tinted lights...where the clear cover is actually darkened... that will reduce your visability.
