No, the 'White House' was so named (a simple descriptive) to avoid calling it a 'palace.' The idea was to distance the nacent democracy from the monarchist traditions of Europe. It the same reason the President is addressed a Mr. President instead of something like ';Your Elected Highness.';

I cant believe anyone would vote for him, even if he is dark skinned and some may want a dark skinned person as president. They should wait until next presidency and find a good dark skinned person... but not someone with muslim ties.





I dont trust the guy, how can anyone trust democrats after they got into congress and havent done anything they claimed they would... they have been there a while now and all they do is bash other parties and the leaders in govt' that are in place now. I have to wonder what the agenda is of people who are filled with hatred and venom when they speak politics. What kind of people are they? I wouldnt want them in power or in the government at all. Hopefully most will get removed by the people voting next time and we can get some real people in there who really want what is best for the American people, and not get in office to push their political and social agendas that are destroying America.
