I sincerely pity, from my heart, individuals that alllow fear and ignorance to lead them to make such utterly offensive, unintelligent comments concerning Barack Obama and his family.





I am reminded of a comment from educator Marva Collins of The Westside Preparatory School in Chicago. In the book ';I Dream A World';, by Brian Lanker, Ms. Collin reminisces about a school outing in which a group of children attended a play. One of the white students called a black student the ';n'; word. The black student responded, ';A wise man would not insult me, and a fool can麓t!';





I have never forgotten those words of wisdom from a child.
