How To Get Rid of Biting Black House Flies?

We have two dogs that stay in a pen connecting to our backdoor, and a black fly breeding ground has appeared there. They are biting our dog's ears, and spreading into our house. My mother has even been bitten by one. We would like to try to use Raid or something close, but it has to be pet safe and able to destroy a breeding ground. Any help? How To Get Rid of Biting Black House Flies?
bite the flys back if they bite youHow To Get Rid of Biting Black House Flies?
Check the raid bottles. I've had ants in my house and on the raid bottle if you read it some of them say pet friendly or safe for pets. Check your local grocery store or center like Target or Wal-Mart and see if they have anything pet friendly to get rid of pests. If nothing works you might want to call a pest control service and yes it could get pricey and it might not work for pets but it will do the trick. You could also call a pest control service and ask them what kind of store bought product might work.
If I'm correct, the majority of house flies come from maggots which come from eggs laid on either dead meat or crap. check your surrounding area for any roadkill, etc and ensure your garden is kept clean. Get a chemical dog toilet if necessary and clean up after your dogs immediately to prevent there being anything for the flys to lay their eggs on.

I could be wrong. Try to identify the flies to establish the most likely breeding area for them.
the fastest way is to get a fly trap or put water and a penny in a zip lock back and hang it up i dont know why but it works
